Effect of Sm EVs on focal adhesion activation. (A) Organoids were treated with 107 particles/mL of Sm EVs for 24 h. Paxillin (red) and F-actin (green) were stained and visualized using confocal microscopy. The boxed regions represent enlarged views on the right. (B) FAK phosphorylation (Tyr 397) was evaluated by Western blotting in organoids treated with Sm EVs for 36 h. (C) Organoids were transfected with siTLR3 for 24 h, followed by treatment with Sm EVs for an additional 24 h. Protein expression and phosphorylation levels were determined by Western blot analysis.
